The Polynesian Islands have a tropical climate with a warm rainy season running from November to April. You can expect daytime highs in the low 30s°C and overnight lows in the mid 20s°C. Skies tend to be a mix of sun and cloud with a chance of rain on some days, often as a late-afternoon burst. The cool ocean breeze helps moderate the heat.

You will require a passport for your trip to French Polynesia. Please ensure it is valid for at least 6 months beyond your scheduled return home. At the time of writing, visas are not required for Canadian or US passport holders.

We recommend you see your travel doctor to prepare for this trip.

If you are travelling on your own and would like to share accommodation, we would be happy to try to match you with a suitable roommate. We do our best to ask each woman some questions to help our matchmaking process 🙂
If we are unable to find you the right match, the single cost applies.
