Womens Travel Network, a division of WorldwideQuest International is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Women’s Travel Network, a division of WorldwideQuest International collects information about you that you specifically and voluntarily provide.  It includes information that can identify you as a specific individual, such as your name, phone number, or email address.
Information is collected when you purchase travel, participate in a survey or contest, contact Womens Travel Network, a division of WorldwideQuest International or register for our E News.  Womens Travel Network, a division of WorldwideQuest International collects the full name and contact number for a traveller when a travel reservation is made.  We may also collect information about each traveller’s preferences, including meal requests, seat selection,  frequent flyer/hotel/car rental programs and membership numbers, and ticketing options.  This information is stored in the Profile area of a members travel account.
 
When someone other than yourself is accompanying you on travel purchased through Women’s Travel Network, a division of WorldwideQuest International, we may collect information and travel preferences about that individual.  You should obtain the consent of the other individuals prior to providing Womens Travel Network, a division of WorldwideQuest International with their full names, contact numbers, email addresses, and travel preferences, as they will be unable to directly access our systems to view or change any information you provide on their behalf.

 
Travel purchase information
Womens Travel Network, a division of WorldwideQuest International collects the billing address of the credit card that is used to purchase travel. We will also collect credit card information, including card number, card type, cardholder name, and expiration date, in order to bill you for travel purchased through Womens Travel Network, a division of WorldwideQuest International.
 
 
Travel Arranger information
Womens Travel Network, a division of WorldwideQuest International offers you the ability to authorize others to make and purchase travel arrangements on your behalf and allows you to become an authorized Travel Arranger for other Womens Travel Network, a division of WorldwideQuest International members. If you elect to participate in this service, Womens Travel Network, a division of WorldwideQuest International will collect the e-mail address of the person you are authorizing to make travel arrangements on your behalf or for whom you are requesting authorization to make travel arrangements.

In the event your travel plans are disrupted because of mechanical, weather, or carrier business conditions, Womens Travel Network, a division of WorldwideQuest International may send you an e-mail notification to inform you of these conditions and help you make alternative travel arrangements.

Marketing notifications

As a registered Womens Travel Network.ca, a division of WorldwideQuest International member, you may receive e-mails from us about special promotions, surveys, contests, sweepstakes, flight specials, trip information, or other travel opportunities on Womens Travel Network.ca and its marketing partners.

Our site uses an order form for customers to reserve and purchase travel services. We collect your contact information and demographic information. We will share information about you and your purchase with the airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, insurance supplier or other service provider involved. We will only provide such information as is necessary to complete your requested transaction. A valid credit card is required to complete any booking or transaction. All transactional data will remain on file at Womens Travel Network, a division of WorldwideQuest International.

This site offers the capability to directly book select hotels and travel insurance products through third party suppliers. The use of, inclusion or exclusion of any supplier is at the sole discretion of Womens Travel Network, a division of WorldwideQuest International.  Any information relating to purchases affected through any of these third party suppliers will need to be obtained from the supplier directly. Any transactions processed through these suppliers are considered third party booking components subject to the liabilities and warranties of the provider and neither Womens Travel Network, a division of WorldwideQuest International, nor its licensors or affiliates accept any liability in respect thereof.

Each time you purchase travel through Womens Travel Network, a division of WorldwideQuest International, or change or cancel a confirmed travel reservation, you will receive confirmation of your travel itinerary via e-mail.
