Namibia Tour For Women

An authentic cultural experience across Namibia’s vast yet profound emptiness

The bulk of this country is a high, rocky plateau sandwiched between two great deserts. The desolate Namib Desert, said to be the oldest in the world and stretches seemingly forever presenting gigantic sand dunes against a cloudless blue sky. The Kalahari, home to the San tribal people is a desert of mythic proportions for you to discover.
A diversity of locations and cultures awaits you on this cultural safari. We will have the unusual privilege of meeting the Herero, Bushmen and Himba peoples, whose traditional lives have not yet been converted for public consumption. Facing change and modern life with courage and conviction, they are opening slowly to the world.
This is a landscape of astonishing desolation, breathtaking in its brutal beauty and always surprising in its human dimension. On our journey we travel at a relaxed pace, enjoying fine lodges in the country and savouring this moment out of time. This tour is definitely something unique and unforgettable for you to cherish forever.

We invite you to join us on Womens Travel Network’s Namibia tour for women.

Note: We’ve shared our post-trip extension to Victoria Falls & Botswana (Nov 1st to 7th) on this tour listing, we are also offering a pre-trip extension in Cape Town (Oct 16th to 20th.) If you are interested in this please contact us for more details.
