Ganges River Cruise – Kolkata, Serene Riverside Towns, Colonial Outposts and Beyond!

Explore the mystical allure of India’s iconic Ganges River on a captivating river cruise, where every bend reveals a new chapter of history and tradition. You’ll enjoy this extraordinary voyage aboard the R/V Bengal Ganga, an exclusive 28-cabin river cruiser designed to blend seamlessly with the timeless landscape.

We begin our tour in Kolkata, the vibrant heart of West Bengal, where intellectualism, artistry, and culture converge in a dynamic mix of experiences. From there, set sail along the meandering Ganges, immersing yourself in the lush countryside and vibrant riverside towns that line its banks.

Each day brings new discoveries as we venture from the boat in small groups of 16 to 18 to explore ancient temples, magnificent garden-tombs and remnants of India’s colonial past. Witness the unique rituals of daily life along the revered ‘Mother Ganga,’ capturing stunning landscapes and authentic moments that will stay with you forever.

Indulge in the comfort and hospitality of your floating hotel, where Burma teak wood, fine textiles and private bathrooms create a serene retreat amidst the gentle rhythm of the river. Delight in exquisite Indian and western cuisine served in the cozy lounge or on ample covered outdoor decks, surrounded by the sights and sounds of this enchanting waterway.

This is more than a journey; it’s an invitation to immerse yourself in the fascinating and profound essence of the Ganges River. Perfect for the culturally curious, photography enthusiasts and adventurous travellers alike, this experience will  ignite your senses and awaken your spirit.
