Over 15 incredible days, you’ll explore Australia’s most iconic destinations, from the sparkling harbour of Sydney to the ancient red sands of the Outback, while sharing laughter and adventures with a small group of like-minded women travellers.

Your journey begins in Sydney, where the city’s vibrant energy meets stunning natural beauty. Walk along the famous Bondi Beach, marvel at the world-renowned Sydney Opera House, and hike the eucalyptus-scented trails of the Blue Mountains. Enjoy a dinner cruise on Sydney Harbour as the sun sets over the skyline, capturing the city in a new light.

Next, fly north to tropical Cairns, the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef and the lush Daintree Rainforest. Snorkel among vibrant coral gardens, spot playful reef fish, and ride the scenic Kuranda Rail through the rainforest canopy. Experience Aboriginal culture firsthand with a Dreamtime walk and a boomerang-throwing demonstration, followed by a fun amphibious army duck tour.

From Cairns, your adventure continues to Australia’s Red Centre. Explore the striking rock formations of Uluru and the Olgas, witness a breathtaking Outback sunset, and enjoy a Sounds of Silence dinner under the stars, a true once-in-a-lifetime experience. Visit Alice Springs to learn about the Royal Flying Doctor Service and School of the Air, gaining insight into life in remote Australia.

The final leg of your journey takes you south to Adelaide and Melbourne. Sip wine in the Adelaide Hills, stroll through the charming village of Hahndorf, and discover Melbourne’s hidden laneways and historic arcades. Don’t miss the iconic penguin parade on Phillip Island, a magical spectacle you’ll remember forever.

Throughout your tour, you’ll be accompanied by an expert Women’s Travel Network host and knowledgeable local guides, ensuring you get the most out of every experience. Moderate
A good level of fitness is important for this trip. You must be comfortable walking on uneven terrain and irregular paving and climbing stairs. You should be able to walk unassisted for up to three hours at a time in warm temperatures. We usually walk more than 10,000 steps per day,
so good walking shoes are necessary. Optional light hiking opportunities are available in Sydney and Cairns.

We stay in comfortable, centrally located hotels throughout Australia. All rooms feature private facilities. Accommodations are selected for comfort, location, and ease of access to sightseeing, with stays in Sydney, Cairns, Uluru, Alice Springs, Adelaide, and Melbourne.

While on tour
While on tour, we travel by private, air-conditioned coach driven by professional drivers. Internal flights connect key regions across Australia to maximize comfort and minimize long overland travel.

That said, travellers who wish to do so may choose to consult a travel doctor for personalized advice, especially if they have pre existing medical conditions, require prescription refills, or would like general travel health guidance. Routine vaccinations should be up to date prior to travel.
